AMP’s MN-355 Double Mitre Saw
Heavy Duty Double Mitre Saw designed to cut 45° mitre joints in Wood, MDF, Plastics and Aluminum Materials. The heavy duty design is achieved using precision machined cast components for saw head, pivot assembly and motor base.
T-400 Double Mitre Saw
Sold under the Alfamacchine and AMP brands, the T-400 Double Mitre Saws cut precise 45 degree mitres in wood, plastics and metal with moulding height up to 3 ½” (80mm) and moulding width up to 4” (100mm).
AG 2000 Automatic Gauge - Cut Measurement System
The AG 2000 Auto Gauge System integrates with the our Double Mitre Saw Technology to provide a complete system automatically measuring moulding lengths, and precisely cuts 45° Mitre Joints for picture framing, canvas framing and mirror fabrication.
For the custom framer, the AG 2000 simplifies and speeds up the process with quick changeovers to different lengths, recalling previously stored programs initiated through the unit’s controller keypad. Up to one thousand programs can be created and stored. The AG 2000’s quick changeovers also provide flexibility and cost efficiencies for OEM operations that need to produce many different frame sizes customized to specific customer needs.
TA-350 Automatic Vertical Mitre Saw
FBG offers a complete Double Mitre Saw Cutting and Joining Process with up to six process stations including material handling, material gripper system for moving moulding to cutting station, double mitre cutting with two 350mm saw blades, movement of cut pieces, and the process completion with frame joining.
