Fletcher Business Group (FBG) firmly stands behind our equipment by offering an array of service options available to our customers providing longevity and production uptime for their investments. Services include in field facility visits, phone and digital media support, installation and training, remote service connections for our automated equipment. Spare parts and accessories are sold through FBG’s online web store.
Our service teams are located in Connecticut, Illinois and Texas areas.
Preventative Maintenance Service Program
Comprehensive Maintenance Service Program is typically quoted at the time of a significant, automated equipment purchase. Pricing is determined by scope and quantity of machinery. Fixed fee or hourly rate plus expenses options are available.
Automation Field Services
Comprehensive Maintenance Service Program is typically quoted at the time of a significant, automated equipment purchase. Pricing is determined by scope and quantity of machinery. Fixed fee or hourly rate plus expenses with 4 scheduled facility visits per year.
Fees are based on 2-day visits and additional fees are added if more days are needed.
Semi-Auto/Manual Equipment Services
These services typically involve semi-auto or manual type equipment. Preventative maintenance is performed and specific customer issues are addressed. Standard wear parts replacement and/or on-wear parts servicing is performed.

Installation & Training
FBG offers installation and on site training for its AF-500 Auto Joiner, TA-350 Auto Saw, T-400 and MN-355 Double Miter Saws, AG-2000 Cut Measurement System and production underpinners, U-500 and U-600. Fees are determined based on the type of equipment and quantity.
URGENT / EMERGENCY Service Visits
These types of services are performed either as a customer facility visit, phone support, Team’s Meeting or Facetime media.
Appropriate fees are applied.
SPARE PARTS and WEAR PARTS
FBG maintains spare part inventory at its Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey and Forli, Italy warehousing facilities. We encourage our customers to maintain key spare components at their facility to maintain maximum production uptime and eliminate any production interruptions.
