Gator Board - Foamboard Cutting

Fletcher 3100 and FSC Cutter is recommended for cutting gator board and numerous formboard materials up to 1/2" (13mm) thick.

When cutting these types of materials, the composition make up is very abrasive on cutting blades reducing blade life.

Fletcher’s cutting blades are manufactured to our design specifications resulting in:

   - Better life and cutting performance
   - Blade to blade consistency
   - Minimizes “blade deflection” when cutting harder substrates  

When cutting pre-printed graphics on these materials, we recommend the FSC which is equipped with a laser sight line for accurate cutting. The laser is part of the FSC purchase package.
