Door Trim Joining

Our Backnailer solutions offer Single or Multi-Channel V-Nail Machines for speed and repeatability, resulting in increased production output and door trim joint quality.

The U-500 is recommended for high volume production facilities that require the primary use of a single sized V-Nail for joining door and window casing. The U-500 is ideal for joining very thin casing profiles as well as wide and thick profiles.  Has the performance feature of placing one to nine V-Nails per location up to 10 different positions.

The U-600 is recommended for high volume production facilities that require flexibility of different sized V-Nails for joining door and window casing.
