AMP™ U-500 PLUS Underpinners - Frame Assembly Machines
AMP™ U-500 PLUS Memory Programmed/Single Channel Underpinner
The AMP™ U-500 PLUS underpinner is built for high-volume production environments that primarily run a single-size V-Nail for fast, repeatable frame joining. Its user-friendly touch-screen operation stores over 5,000 frame profiles and supports optional barcode scanning to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
The U-500 PLUS joins 45 and 90 degree assemblies, offers front- or back-side joining, and features a three-knob adjustment fence to help compensate for moulding cuts; an optional vertical double hydraulic pressure clamp is available for superior clamping.
The U-500 PLUS handles frame-joining requirements commonly found in picture framing, woodworking (door trim), canvas stretcher bars, modular homes, and mirror frame joining, and works with wood, plastics, and MDF.
