AMP™ U-700 Memory Programmed/Multi-Channel Underpinner

The AMP™ U-700 is an advanced frame-joining underpinner designed for picture framing and woodworking applications. It combines sophistication and high performance with operating flexibility for joining picture frames and assembling door and window frames. A key differentiator is its inline vertical clamp, which travels back and forth in line with the driver assembly for precise, consistent joining.

This machine is ideal for medium-type production facilities requiring flexibility for different sized V-Nail fasteners or a common millimeter size through a configurable channel feature.

With profile data storage of over 5,000 different frames, the operator can easily recall any frame profile either alphabetically, numerically through keypad, or scanned using the barcode reading option. The software includes the functionality of applying a soft vertical clamping motion reducing moulding damage with soft materials or delicate finishes.
